Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, we will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, however you must notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving your goods.

Return shipping will be at your expense and all returns MUST be in their original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.

Food items, Plants and sale items are non returnable or exchangeable.

Cancellations

We are able to accept cancellations of orders up to the time of dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched please refer to our refund policy.

Items Damaged in Transit

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us via email at sales@camellialane.com.au within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and details and a photo of the damage to your item.
